Three things to do that guarantee you can start your week well

1. Before the week begins, plan what you wish to accomplish over the next seven days.

Besides work, familial or social obligations, pencil in time for yourself. Include down time and also time for a hobby or skill---something you enjoy, both which also requires effort.


2. Get up once the alarm goes off, pop into the shower, get dressed, get some tea or coffee, stretch and dance a little. Smile brightly into the mirror and say HOCUS POCUS, TIME to FOCUS.


3. Do not live with regret. Do not think about how you could have lived last week better. Focus on doing right and well every step moving forward. Make every thought and action a positive one.
